event business in Chicago requires extensive knowledge
of rules and regulations, on-going communication with
regulatory and enforcement agencies, and open

Hospitality Roundtable will be offered the Summer 2006
and
provides this
resource. It is a forum for key agencies, associations
and technical experts to present information and gather
feedback to improve strategies on managing current and
